CK30HST difficult to shift from Low/Mid/High

We run through quite a few tractors and they are all New and tight. If we have trouble getting one to change ranges, just hold pressure toward that range and barely push on the hydro pedal, it'll pop right in and not grind.

Personally i would rather see them too tight then too loose..... A little stiff will keep you from shifting by accident... atleast that is they way i think of it.... they do loosen up over time though.... once the paint gets worn though..
