I have been quoted $14900 for a CK30HST with KL130 Loader before any rebates ($300 last month). I can get the CK25HST for $13,900 before any rebate. I have shopped this thing at a couple local dealers (within 100miles anyway) and that seems to be where they both land. One mentioned that if I bought a unit that they didn't have in stock and they didn't have to put it on their floor plan that I could save another 3% off that price, bringing it down to $14500 before any rebate. Delivery $100. I just wanted to make sure I was in the ballpark before I pulled the trigger. Thanks in advance. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I think that the price you were quoted is to good to be true.
I would not wait go buy it as fast as you can!

I would have to agree with Wallace... I would jump all over those prices...

Hmmmm...both dealers are within $100 of each other. Maybe the regional differences are at work. I will double check with the dealer I talked to today to clarify. If it turns out to be true, I may pull the trigger. I've been looking and stewing for nearly a year.
I was wondering about the mid-pto...is it standard or an option. Do I want one for a midmount mower? Or should I stick with a 3 pt. finish mower. Thanks for your replies.

BTW that was with industrial tires, if that matters.

The Mid PTO is an optional item and is very easy to install down the road. IMO I would stick with the rear finish mower. Less brackets and easier to get to your blades for maintenance, but a lot depends on your yard. A MMM will do better it a tighter area (lots of trees), but I would go for the rear mower if you have the room (some what open areas). Not to mention they are cheaper, and doesn't affect your ground clearance.

That's exactly what I wanted to know. If I want it later (which I doubt) I can add it. I suspect I will put a rear finish mower on it at some point in the future. Thanks...

You have a really good price there, the best i could find with what your looking for in Albany Ny area was 15900. The other big brands area considerably higher in my area . It seems Kioti is going to take away alot of business with there aggressive pricing. By the way, youll love the tractor.. Matt

What did you do, change your name after the first post? I was a little confused as to whom I was reading!!
The price is more like you'd find down here in the Southeast. Go for it. Also, I agree that you should go with the rear finish mower (RFM). The Mid Mount Mowers are okay, but they can be a pain to deal with, and for all the reasons DePratt mentioned.
Don't forget to post some pics when you get your new beast. John

I used to be idocpilk (last year). I forgot my password, so I re-registered under pilk...not sure why idocpilk showed up again. I noticed the change last night. Oh, well. I'm pretty sure my prices are correct. I wrote them down at work. Going this morning to drive several Kiotis, 30 & 25 HSt, 30 Gear, 3054. Maybe that will solidify my marshmellow mind. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I can't believe no one has asked the obvious question, so I will...where do you live and where did you get this low price quote?

Inquiring minds want to know!

I live in SW Missouri. I just got back from dealer number 2, $14800 delivered (only 30miles) with the KL130 loader, industrial tires. Now, mind you, I'm a soft negotiator. I haven't said boo to either dealer about pricing. These are offered at the door. I suspect it might be regional differences. We have very strong Kubota/JD/NH dealerships in town. Mahindra and Kioti are trying to break the spell with small, out of town dealers. Dealer number 1 is from northwest Arkansas, Artrac.com . Chip is a great guy.
Number 2 is North of Springfield MO, Webster Co. Tractor. He also has a 25hst for 13,700.
Now the kicker, the 0% may be extended to 36 months according to the regional sales rep. The national sales director requested the change. No word for sure but that would be a bonus. Let you guys know Monday.

Sounds like you aren't to far from me. I am in SE Kansas. Sounds like you have some good really prices there. I'd pick the dealer who will offer you the best service and go for it. You'll love the CK25HST, we have sold quite a few of them.

I think I'm going CK30HST. I like the dealership in MO because he is within shouting distance. He has a nice shop and seems to be straight forward honest guy. My Arkansas dealership is maybe a bit too far for practical service work. He is a great guy to talk to and very helpful. I still may swing that way but anyone in that part of the country should look him up if they want a honest deal with a quality guy. I am still hoping for the 0% for 36 months to sweeten the pot but even if it doesn't happen I'm ready to pull the trigger. 10 months is too long to stew over something. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Wow that's a great deal. I just purchased A CK30HST, FEL, Rhino 85 backhoe, with dirt pads, rear work lights and a conopy for 21500 in PA. I live in New Jersey so I purchased the tractor in PA to afford paying sales tax. I hope this helps you make your mind up.

At the end of '04 I bought the CK30 HST w/FEL for 14,600 which included a $300 rebate. That was with ag tires, the industrials were a few hundred more.
