I have seen recently delivered CK20's with hydraulic hoses rather than steel lins. However, I don't know if they were an engineering change or retrofitted units.

A few comments as they relate to MMM. 1) I had my parking brake damaged by the linkage on the MMM. A pin on the 3pt linkage behind and above the mower slid over and got tangled up with the brake rod shoving it forward. The weak spot was the teeth on the parking brake lever which it broke two teeth. Kioti replaced the lever under warranty. I slipped a couple of extra washers on the pin and I don't think it will happen again.
2) It seems strange that there doesn't appear to be any grease fittings for the 3 blade pulleys. My mower manual says to refer to the illustration for lubrication but there is none. Are there no grease fittings on the deck?
3) it is possible to change the hydraulic fluid without taking off the MMM. Just take out one of the small drain plugs and use an 8 qt. pan. You can easily put the plug back in to empty the pan. After 3 times you can go ahead and remove the other plugs.

The spindle bearings are sealed units, keeping dirt out and lube in. Some folks say they are partial to "greaseable" spindles, but in actual usage, too many people over grease and blow the seals or never grease and blow the bearings. However, the manual should mention this and does not.

It says right on the front page " Lifetime Lubricated, Sealed Spindle Bearings".

You are correct, I guess I mean it might remove some confusion to make mention of that feature again under the topic of maintenance.
Have a couple of questions concerning the MMM. I've got about 25 hours on the mower and the belt is shot. Been mowing about 3 acres and it is not rough going. Also as of tonight the left front pin that holds the mower to the undercarriage has come up missing. The last time I took a tie wrap and tied the hair pin clip into place so it could not be pulled out of the pin; still came up missing. Have not lost one in any of the other three positions. Any ideas on what's going on?

I don't really know what's causing your problems, however, I suspect that the belt was either no installed properly or was not adjusted to the proper tension. Too tight or too loose can wear the belt too quickly. As for the pin, I've lost pins from my ROPS support bolts (for folding) because of working where brush could get ahold of it, and also in the pin that holds my drawbar on. The drawbar used a hairpin as well, and I replaced it with a lynch pin, but soon discovered that something had pulled the locking ring back and the pin fell out again. There are just times when "something" gets ahold just right and pulls out your pins. That's why I now have a huge supply of different types of pins on hand. Best of luck, John

There are times when a bent nail seems to be the best solution. Brush seems to eat everything else.

Have your dealer warranty the belt out. Kioti knows about this issue and Midwest and Kioti are working to slove this problem. I believe its a belt design flaw, and also the tension on the belt appears to be too great.
