How difficult is it to install a rear remote, on a CK30 HST ? or should I let my dealer install?

It's not difficult at all.

Somewhere here I've posted photos and hints on doing it, search for them perhaps under my name mrutkaus.
It's not hard and you don't have to take off the fender. People say don't use teflon tape, I did and was careful and it's been fine.
Also maybe don't use all your strength to tighten stuff and of course keep it all very clean.
It was kind of fun to do for me with no hydraulic experience, I went very slowly and carefully.
