I have to call my dealer (Rusty is his name) tomorrow for an update. His partner didn't know the status when I called today. He did say that Rusty calls every couple of days to find out the status. When I received my Kioti (3-29), he said it would be about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks before it comes in. I've got the feeling, from what I'm hearing about getting them, that it may have been sunshine , if you know what I mean. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Hehe, how about - will I get my front tires before you get your back hoe. Ordered turfs for my CK20 and the front tires still haven't come in yet. The backs are in, but not the fronts. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Backordered from Titan. This is going on 3 weeks. Dealer said it could be another 2 weeks, per the company. I got my payment book Monday. Will I get my puppy before the first payment is due? No tractor, no payment!!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

CPTDAVE I'm set to purchase the ck20 in a couple months [if everything goes well] must admit you guys are scaring me. What about if a guy needs parts I don't think I would want to wait. For that mater I don't think anybody would want to wait for a long period of time. Maybe a dealer or sales rep could come on here and offer an explanation or contact head office for one /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif cag

My dealer has been great about it and he did warn me. I would still buy a Kioti over the others. I am sure it will be worth the wait.
I e-mailed Kioti customer service and suggested they think about an incentive to reward their loyal, patient customers.
I spoke with a dealer in New York State and he is putting Woods backhoes on his CK'S.
Maybe Virgil is right, New England may be last on the delivery list.

My dealer just used the Rhino 65A - apparently Kioti was re-badging these as Kioti backhoes for a while, and then moved to one of their own design that is Korean made. It appears to be very similar to the Rhino. I'm using this on an LK3054, but it is the same unit for a CK20 (probably a different subframe). I am very happy with the Rhino - if Kioti is having delivery problems with their unit, why not use the Rhino? Just a thought!

There's an active thread in the New Holland forum about tractors in short supply. Some of the Deere's are limited to dealer inventory. Others waiting for delivery. I don't see this as brand specific. Granted the wait is frustrating......however it will be worth the wait in the long term. The CK20 TLB package has become a very popular package and rightly so.

Dave, I've been waiting since 1/26/04. I believe that may beat you, not that I get any great joy from that! John

( What about if a guy needs parts I don't think I would want to wait. ) Charlie, I don't think you'd have the same problem with parts as we're having with Backhoes. Parts are stocked in great supply at the two distribution centers here in the States, unlike backhoes and other implements. I was told that Kioti had only ordered 70 BHs on their last order because I think they didn't expect such an increase in sales as they had. You will find the problem exists with all the brands, for various reasons. John

When I asked TBN forums initially about their thots of the power and functionability (word?) of the CK20TLB I was told why not rent a real TLB. However I was stubborn headed as you can tell and decided against them. I purchased my Ck20 and waited 2 months for my BH and one month for my subframe attachment, they sent the subframe attachment for a DK35 initially. I bot from Carver Equipment and they said it was the first CK20TLB that they had ever sold and even put it on the website. Since then they have sold 3 more. For some reason, I'm not sure why, but in the last 6 months CK20TLB's have become popular and rightly so.

I did not mean to imply that New England States are last on the list. My sinceere appoligies for that miscommunication.
TO ME... it seams as though the New England States sell a LOT of small tractors with hies on them. Perhaps the demand for this product has surpassed the wildest dreams of Kioti / Dadong. That is a good problem to have.
Perhaps the steel situtation will have far reaching effects on all machines... reguardles of color.
I do know that in my area, the steel erector are giving a 7 day bid on a building. You make up your mind on the 8'th day.... start all over.

I just hope when I'm ready to buy there's going to be a couple of ck20tlb in stock if not well I guest I'll have to be patient and dream a little longer. But it will be worth it that kioti is one fine tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Charlie

Well, I called Rusty today and he said that the BH's are in Texas. From there they will travel to the distribution center in N.C. From there they will get shipped to the dealers. When is anybodies guess. Hopefully they are going to ship to us who are waiting promptly . Time will tell. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

nearly double the size of current facility)
Mehia, TX
Dixon, CA
