Chugging Kubota B3000 CAB

I have a new Kubota B3000 CAB and it blows white smoke and chuggs for the first 15 seconds after starting. Any ideas?

How is your radiator water holding up. White smoke usually indicates water in the combustion chamber. You may have a blown head gasket. Sometimes they only leak when the engine cools off and then water seeps into the cylinder walls to lay on top of the piston. Some of this will usually find its way to the oil pan. Check your oil, is it turning milky?

I have a B-3000 Kubota also. This sounds normal to me too ! Use the glow plug.... but also try leaving your glow plug on 'after it starts up', by turning the ignition key until the little orange indicator light comes on, that smooths mine out.

I plug in the block heater below freezing also.

You can cycle it twice when cold before cranking to help with this issue.
