Chase brand trailer

Does anyone know who builds Chase utility trailers? I have tried multiple internet searches with no success. Reason for asking is that I stopped and a trailer dealer in Fulton, IL and they carry the Chase brand. These trailers have a couple of features I liked and some other features that Wanted to see if they are options.

Trailer in question is is a 78 x 16 foot tandem axle utility with 2 foot beaver tail.
