I called the company because they sent the wrong style chains they sent me duo pattern . They said sorry but asked if I wanted to keep them I said I guess but they cost more they said I won't have to pay the difference.

Tried them today on a sheet of ice going up a hill . They worked great never had to put in 4 wheele drive

Can you share the name of the company who sold you your chains or the chain manufacturer? Your chains look like they have a lot more cross links than many of the duo chains I have seen.
