You'll have plenty of traction up from with the FEL. If you're going to use a rear blade, that should give you additional weight on the rear along with the wheel weights. If you're going to be pushing it with the loader, add a ballast box on the 3pt with about 400 lbs in it. You'll be blasting through drifts like a red blurr.
