Now you should know...being from New England and all that...to not remove your chains until the end of May or there abouts...

I leave mine on until the end of mud season.
Picked up 6" in the last two days

I'll take my blower off the tractor about May 1.

It will be a delightful day....but I do love the snow.

I just like the change of seasons more.:D

i didn't really consider that plowing. it was more of a pre-season landscaping event. the 9 foot plow doesn't discriminate between snow and sod at this time of the year :(

Shortened top link. Rolled the 7 1/2 ft blower back on it's heels and it did a good job. Left about an inch maybe two of snow on driveway. Hit very little dirt. Ended up getting about 14 inches of the wet stuff.

We had a little snow on 27 Mar and again a week later, but it didn't last long. The skiing is getting pretty bad here; its getting harder to dodge the bare patches. Still, I'll probably put the skis away long before I take the blower off for the summer. One (weird) year, we had a storm drop two feet of snow in mid-May!

That suprises me since you're a bit north of us and the news last night reported that Mt Baker ski area still has a 270" base.:confused2:
