What if you put a "normal" one at the implement end of the shaft?

Open it up and see if you can turn the fingers around...

It just "overrides". No drive.

I tried that ,no luck, made one way.

Like aczlan said, if you put the clutch on the implement side, it will be operating correctly in a counter-clockwise direction. If it is ratcheting on the implement side, then you either have a clockwise rotating PTO, or a reverse-rotation clutch already. Put it on the tractor and you should be good to go. :thumbsup:
