ccm...reliable?

Has anyone had dealings with CCM, an advertiser on this site?I'm looking to buy a drum or trailing disc mower after the first of the year.I e-mailed them twice for shipping and price quotes,but never got an answer.I finally called, which is hard for me because i don't hear well on the phone.Got the shipping quote but couldn't understand the young lady on the other end well enough to to have a conversation about the disc mower...Is this typical for CCM?thanks for any insight you may have.

I bought a 90" CCM tiller in Feb. of 05. Worked out the price and told them when I'd be there to pick it up. They were ready, loaded the tiller and I was on my way back to Va. All the folks there were very nice and polite. Very friendly also. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Bought something from them this summer again.

I'd say our spam zapper got the emails. We get hundreds of spam emails everyday and to do something to filter out the spam. If you send me a private message on TBN with the zip code and what equipment you are interested. I can give you a quote, ASAP

Just a follow-up.I got in touch with Mark on the phone and odered a drum mower.Fast delivery and the mower cuts better than I could have imagined.I'm very pleased with CCM and the mower.Thank all of you who were kind enough to reply with advice.Special thanks to Mark for all his help and patience.
