can somebody tell me the measuerments for a cat 0 3pt hitch
im thinking of building one?

Lift Arm Pins are 5/8 inch in Diameter

The draw bar should be about 20" of usable flat length or 20" between lift arms.

i have the top link and soon i will have the bottom links
i need to no wat the distance is between the links

Do you mean the distance between the top link and the lifts arms??

Put your lifts arm level,hold a stick straight out from the top link and measure the distance.It is really not a crucial measurement,but roughly parallel to the lift arms is good.

Yes 20" is a good measurement.
