case jx 1095c turbo problems

i have bought a new case jx 1095c and has 1300hrs. after ploughing the last time the sound of the turbocharger has changed and now every time is getting hot and work above 1800rpm makes the same sound like the turbo has a hole and loosing air, like a loud whistle.i do the maintenence properly and change engine oil every 300hrs.no cranking noises or something else.can somebody help me??
