case ih jx 60

I have a JX 60 that i'm having trouble getting the three point linkage to lower. Anyone have any advice?

Is there a knob/dial in front of the seat? If so, loosen it to increase the drop speed of the 3ph.

there is't a knob in front of the seat, there is a fast raise/lower limit adjust down on the linkage and there is a fast raise/lower control switch on the fender. I have adjusted both these items to a position that should allow me to lower, it just dosn't go down, even with a back blade connected

I have now been told by the dealer i purchased the tractor from, that it may be related toward the hydraulic line running to the loader. If this fitting is incorrect or blocked the 3 point linkage won't work?
