Case 75A Remote Hydraulics

I have a Case 75A with a single remote hydraulic. When I have my disc hooked up, the hydraulics will only lock in place on one hose. For example, with the hoses hooked up one way, if I raise the disk it will automatically go back down when I release the remote handle. If I switch the hoses, it will stay in the up position until I use the lever to lower it. This is a bigger issue on the grapple. I can either have it where the grapple will not stay open unless I am constantly hitting the remote, but when I close it and once clamped on some brush it will stay closed, or I can switch the hoses and the grapple will stay open until I close it with the remote, but once closed on brush, it will not stay closed, the pressure backs off and it will bounce open. I know this is the difference in a singe action vs double action.

The manual says to adjust this screw as shown....

Here is a picture of my setup and I don't see what the manual is showing.
