Case 446 - good stuff?

Hi, all. I Googled Case 446, as I saw one for sale today. Lucked onto this site. I Just missed a 10hp Cub Cadet with mower and snow blade for $400, and I need a rugged (probably older) garden tractor, since my Craftsman hydro cant live with my rugged terrain. I've already had to weld and reinforce the frame where it cracked.
