Just wondering, what state and federal laws prevent selling a car to a person with dui's? Also wonder how many people are killed by dui driver and how many are killed by a person with a gun.

I use that same argument all the time, Ken. I also compare that owning or driving a car isn't a Constitutionally guaranteed right.
