Carport for the Tractor

I saw these at Sam's Club in Topeka just this past weekend but didn't check the price. I also understand that Costco sells them. These would certainly beat leaving a vehicle out in the elements.

How about diggine a hole inside with the FEL so you can put the door on and still get the tractor in /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Nice lookin job. I got one for the Bota from cover-it except it has a round top. You will find that you will soon have that extra space along the sides filled.

That would be fun, but I think the spring would lead to a fully enclosed pool with a tractor in the middle. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
It's already in a low spot at the bottom of my driveway.

I would like to get a bigger one, but since we plan on building an attached garage and breezeway this spring, I think I will add another bay or go with an enclosed lean-to for the tractor. We'll see.

Harbor freight has a 10' x 20' for $189 or so, I was thinking of buying until I can get a garage built. Looks similar to the one in your picture, if i knew it would be as durable as yours has been I would go pick it up now...

just alittle info for you guys.

I was going to order one and heard a rumor that they wern't allowed in my town. Sure enough i called and they said they WILL make me take it down, because it dosen't meet the building codes.
So much for freedom in owning your own land. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

No code problems here along with most other places since these shelters are considered temporary structures not permanent ones.

This is a 20' x 12' x 10' Cover-It. No issues with durability.

I bought one from Sams. I didn't read both ends of the box. It states that it won't support snow loads. The company that makes it, King Canopy sells trusses for it. I forget how much. I bought ratchet straps and ran them side to side to prevent spreading from a snow load. Last winter it survived although I periodically went in and banged the snow off it.
