Doable, for sure.
3 sheets 3/4 plywood cyt to fit, 2x4's kinda like a pallet but framed all sides and probably 2x4 'legs' every 2ft or so., like 40 'legs'.
I'd use 4" wire mesh as well as perhaps 4-5 rebars 10 ft long.
I'd pour 4" thick hi stress concrets.
Shucks a septic tank is not even that thick and you can drive a truck over one.
