Can't Access Website

Can\'t Access Website

I just signed on with MSN to get internet dialup service. My old local ISP was just not reliable enough. I tried to go to TBN and CBN, but I could not get in. I kept getting a 403 error. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix? Is this an MSN problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm...

What was the time that this happened?

We just had a downtime, but that wouldn't have affected this.

It was pretty much all weekend. BUT, when I went home last night it worked fine. Maybe (hopefully) it was a transient problem. Thanks for your response.
