I can't imagine a single Canadian Kubota dealer not wanting some real "green"! (hey, I'm a Canadian, I know!) Since some of the Kubota's are built in the U.S. there might not be a problem. This also holds true for things such as no speedometer in Kilometers rather than Miles. However, I do know that when I purchased my Ford Expedition in 1997, the dealer told me that they cannot sell any products (Ford!) to American Citizens, unless they want to pay very, very heavy fines from Ford USA for doing so. This of course is due to the warped value of the Canadian dollar, and the purchasing power that the low-value Canadian dollar provides to our American cousins. This may also be an issue with Kubota. At the same time, the volume of tractors is not anywhere near the volume of cars, to maybe it's not an issue. Maybe someone living near the border can shed some light on this.
