PS -- I don't see why it should matter, but I am using Chrome on a Chromebook and I don't use the subscription feature.

Well it worked using the Edge browser, so I will refresh Chrome.

No, there is a procedure to do if having problems, it is in "Settings",but I didn't find it, so I signed out and in to TBN and getting there now.
