Can B7500 handle 60\" Snowblower?

I'm looking to clear my 350' driveway this winter with a rear mount snowblower. Looks like my options are for a 50" or 60" blower but not much in between. My PTO is 17HP and I don't want to have too much auger for that rating. Does anyone know if my machine will handle the 60" version. BTW I will be pushing almost entirely downhill so power output to the blower should be just about maximal.

Do you have problems with the rear wheel track being wider than the snowblower?? I think my rear wheel width is about 54". Seems like that would leave a little swath of compacted snow on either side after the blower. I am looking at the Meteor 60" blower as an alternative and the specs call for a PTO of 15-25 HP. I don't want to overtax my engine but OTOH a larger blower means I could finish quicker. On a nice day I usually don't mind spending more time on my tractor but in Alaska not all winter days are nice days

I use a 60" rear blower with around 30 PTO HP and in deep snow the engine labors and I slow down a bit. You have 17 HP to do the job so in a heavier snow a 60 inch will run slower than a 50" and will probably take about the same time. In a light snow the 60 will be faster. If you have a width issue and opt for the 60 you'll just have to go at a speed that your 17 HP can handle.
