Cabs a\'coming...

Just got off the phone with my local dealer. The big news is that cabs are coming. He said the dealers have been begging for cabs and they will be out for the 3000s and 4000s

He acted like the new 2000 series would not have any announcements soon, as there were lots of unsold product in the system.

He also said to expect a lot of leaks on new product between now and august, as the whole consumer products division is being revamped....

Question is, will this be a field install upgrade, or a platform cab built onto tractor during assembly. I'd think the latter...

No sense offering an add on as they are readily available frome great suppliers like JodalePerry and Curtis. The big issue will be A/C.

The cabs have been available in Europe all along, so they really aren't a new product. although they may be tuned to the US market. I doubt we get an escape hatch on the roof!
