air in the line.

hmmm, when you rotate the heat level dial, can you feel resistance. There should be a cable that connects from the dial to the valve directing flow of hot water thru the coil. There is also duct that controls air flow thru the exchanger.

check both hoses going in and out of the cab for heat. There could be a problem in the control but it is not normal.

Have checked both hoses going in to cab they seem cool to touch? Shouldn't one be warm?

yes, on mine one is very hot to the touch. What i dont know is what tells the lines to open and make hot water flow thru system. There must be a control valve up in your unit. In automobiles, there is a cable the directs amount of hot water flowing thru condenser coil i believe....at least thats my understanding. In this way when you go into A/C mode, the hot water doesnt flow thru unit. This cable connects to the dial that controls amount of heat

Have you checked for any blown fuses? Heat is controlled by electric servo motor. How high is temp gauge getting after 30 minutes of engine operation????

Do you smell anything funky? Maybe some mice built a nest in the fan or general area.

Engine gauge in the normal range, fuses under steering all good are there. Others? Control knob does not have a lot of resistance ? Will work on it again tomorrow

the control knob on most a/c heat units should have resistance as it is connected to a cable that leads to the valve allowing hot water to flow thru heater core. Im not familiar with the Kubota system, but i doubt it varies much from the average car heater in that respect.
