Hello I was given a quote by my local dealer for the snowblower and PTO kit (not the quick hitch I already have that for my blade) of $2200 and a freight charge of $75 is this a reasonable cost? I have delt with this dealer before and they are OK not great just OK. Any input is appreciated and will be noted.

What model tractor the blower is going on makes a big difference in price.

The snowblower has a list price of $1,770 and the mid PTO kit is $576 according to the Kubota web site.

This is the point when they are in demand.

Hello no I do not think that the tractor makes a differance in this case I already have the quick hitch. The mid PTO kit is the bx2752 and the blower is bx2750D they will be used on a bx23 I have a list of $504 for the mid pto and a price of $1510 for the blower as of 2006 or about 3 years old not sure
I am going to order Saturday morning if all goes well they told me about a week to deliver.

Well fast forward two years I was unable to purchase a BX2750D blower in 2008 due to a supply problem (No blowers available sold out) so I bought a deere 318 and a blower for it in late 2009 I sold it for a profit and bought a g1800 kubota. In early 2010 I bought a cozy cab and a blower for the G1800.
This setup worked fine except I had the BX23 sitting and was using the smaller tractor to move snow, so I sold it for a profit. Finally tonight I will be picking up a BX2750D with the PTO kit. Now I need to find a cab for my BX23 anyone have one for sale?
