Just bought a BX25 with 31 hrs on it. I had been looking and looking for a BX 22,23,24, FEL & backhoe. What I found was always 2 states away. Then Alakazam, a BX25 less than 2 hrs away with a really good price. So I borrow the neighbors 18ft trailer and off I go, no trailer brakes. Seems you cannot install a TBC in a '09 F-150 XL using any of the stock wiring. Believe me I tried.
First modification I did was cut off 6" of the FEL control lever, I can now get on the tractor from that side easily.
Next thing is to get a 3 pt hitch. Any suggestions here. The Kubota 3pt seems a little expensive. I have a Tractor Supply close by and they have parts, whether they are the right size, I don't know. Are there any pictures in the gallery of the 3pt setup ? Thinking post hole digger, rear snow blade, weight box.
