moship,

That is looking very close my friend. In my first post I have
links to 2 large format pictures. When you click on the pic, if
you are using Internet Explorer, it will probably size DOWN
the picture so once the picture loads, if you click on the picture
itself it should blow up to huge so you can see things a little bigger.

But what you posted up moship looks real close. As soon as I get
that "like" fuse box I bought on Ebay (see post #6 here) I will be able to determine
exactly how it works and what tool and procedure will remove
those fuse terminals and go from there. This will be very good
intel for others in the future if I can nail down the exact terminals
used and the tool to release them and the procedure for the tool.

PS, I have NO DOUBT that some of the terminals are MULTI TERMINALS.
I can see one feed wire going in to both the 10A fuses but each
of the two outlet wires from each fuse has it's own wire.
Here is an example of a MULTI TERMINAL as I call them.
a 4-way Fuse Block Terminal they call this.
You only need one feed wire for this...well,
I believe you can use these multi terminals two ways.
You can feed it with one big wire or you can use it
on the outlet side and feed 4 small wires.

These come in 2- way, 3- way, 4- way etc.

OK, I received the donor fuse box I bought on EBAY.
The process to remove these lil buggers is simple, a tiny
flathead screwdriver will work nicely. More on that later.
Right now here is 3 views of the same terminal I pulled
out of the donor fuse box.

Granted, I could attach wires to these terminals I am removing
from the donor box and I just might do that but for those in
the future who can not get there hands on a donor fuse box
like I was lucky enough to find, here is a picture of what
I believe is needed. I am 99% sure on this, of course I
will need to plug a terminal into my fuse box to be 100% sure.

If anyone finds these terminals for sale before me please post up
where and a P/N please. There are 4 different terminals.

Here is how to release / remove the terminals.

They pull OUT from the back.
With lust a LITTLE bit of pull, pulling on the wire from behind
use a tiny flathead jewelers type screwdriver and simply push the
spring loaded tabs in the appropriate direction and they come out
with ease.

I the triple terminal, well I was able to apply a little bit of pull
from behind and I kept going from one to the next to the next and
all of a sudden it popped out.

Patience, if you break a tab you are toast.

You might take that box down to your local auto parts store & see if Metripack connectors fit. They come in weather proof & open versions. Connectors are common & avaliable in most auto parts stores (may carry over to the panel parts). See my link above about the auxilary fuse box I'm copying/building. There are some good photos of the Metripack connectors there.

I think I found them! At least they look very similar.

Fuse Block Terminals

Let me know if you think they will work.

No Bueno moship,

What you found has little spikes that stick out that
hold the terminal in the fuse block. Here is another
picture and explaination as to how the Kubota
terminal works.

Darn! Thought that was it and feeling really good I helped a fellow member here. Oh well...

One would think these would be standard terminals. I know the automotive world sets up standards for wiring and termination to reduce cost and complexity across manufactures.

It would really be nice if they just provided wire pigtails for the unused fuses, so users could splice into them. Some pickup trucks will do this for up-fitters.

Another thought in the event you can't find the exact termination. Perhaps use the one I posted or similar and use epoxy or hot melt glue to retain the wire in the fuse block. I've done this on some unique automotive connectors that couldn't be replaced and it worked. Not ideal, but will work in a pinch.

I found something VERY VERY CLOSE, if not it.
Looks like a Honda Fury motorcycle might have the
same terminals. This picture is in some guys forum
album at furyforums.com This looks like what I see so far.

Moship I am quit sure I will be able to use one of the pigtails
from the fuse box I scored on Ebay, now I want to ID the
terminal so others in the future will know what to get.

THIS is VERY close

That sideways "D" shaped hole if where the tab in the fuse
block holds the terminal end.

So I get what you are trying to do. You will have a neat installation, but couldn't you have done a quick and easy thing like this?
