BX2350 seat

I have read in an old forum post that there is a much improved replacement seat for my 2008 BX2350. After several hours in the existing seat my groin is shredded raw, as the seat leans so far forward that it forces you to continually slide towards the front and there is no back support where it's needed. I have read that the replacement seat is a vast improvement and I want to order one, but I live in Europe in the south of France and Kubota dealers here are few and far between and whilst they are good with servicing and repairs, they are not good at identifying parts and the language is a barrier also. If anyone can help with a photo or a serial number it would be much appreciated, as I'm expecting blank expressions and shrugging of shoulders from the local dealer.

Dang, that brings back (non)fond memories... The stock seat on my BX24 was a nightmare. Fortunately Kubota was offering an upgrade for the bargain price of $25US. I'd have paid more...

To the point: the part number for the upgraded seat is B1013. My _guess_ is that it's the same one that fits your BX.

There was a post a while back about the same issue with a different tractor. That owner used homemade wooden wedges between the seat and/or mounting mechanism (do not remember exactly), to change the angle of the seat, and ended up with a satisfactory solution that was not that hard to accomplish.

Just suggesting a possible alternative to buying a new seat.
