I知 doing a complete service on my BX23 and I have a couple of questions. I have read through the John Thomas service thread. Most of the info is for the newer BX tractors but much of the info is the same
My screen for the transmission oil is not like the one that has the small bolt and plate holding it in. Mine appears to just have a hex head? If I知 looking at the correct piece does it just unscrew? It is down low behind the left rear wheel.
I am thinking about using 75w90 gear oil in the axle, I知 in Canada and online prices seem to be around $20 a litre. Is this correct? If so UDT is much less money?
