And if you use your tractor off your property your home owner:s insurance probably will not cover it if something happens...
And sad to say but you never know what might happen if you are doing a favor and do some damage to something expensive...
I tend to want to help my neighbors but none have asked and if we talk I fairly quickly explain the insurance situation...
Essentially in the legal climate today I am afraid to operate my tractor off my property...although I plan on digging a sewer line for my neighbor who has helped me in the past. But i don:t think I will go any further than that...his property borders mine...
