The center balde of the mower deck won't stay tight. Any solutions?

The center balde of the mower deck won't stay tight. Any solutions?

I'd swith to new fasteners! Locktite try blue not red might help for a bit but you do have some problems with the threads being worn.

Replacing the two cone washers on mine has seemed to fix the same problem.
