The cup and washers under the blade could have worn some from the spinning blade. They are probable the reason you have to torque it down so hard. I replaced the cups and washers on all spindles and didn’t have a problem again after that.

There is a very tight tolerance on the thickness of the stack. Blade slip under loads wears all components of the stack a little at a time. Not much wear is accommodated before the internal hex [anti spin] washer can bottom and prevent the re tightened bolt from exerting its full squeeze force on the blade. More slip develops, etc. You dont notice until well along. A thin shim washer against the blade would renew correct function. Or its new parts time.
