Trailer Construction

Yes, the trailer is very well built of quality materials. I plan on having it for at least 20 years. The leaf suspension really gives it a smooth ride for the kids, and the turn radius is as tight as you want to turn, all in all a really good design.

I'm fortunate to have a welder/designer in the family.

Yes,
I will take more photo's showing the construction in greater detail. I't dark already here, but I will try to get home earlier on Tuesday and get a few more pictures.

Sorry for the long delay in getting the dimensions, but maybe you still will find then useful.
Outside dimensions
Length-73in
Width-50in
Trailer sides-16in tall
13in wheels
Tires-5.30-12 maybe I mis-measured the rims, they may be 12in as well.

Inside dimensions
Length-70 1/2in
Width-48in

Tongue-approx 36in long with 9 1/4in drop
constructed from 2x2in square tube. Tongue angled braces are 1 1/2x1/2in square tube.

Vertical side supports are 1x1in tube
Sides and floor are 1/8 metal.
