Building heavy loading ramps

I want to build a pair of steel loading ramps to put my 9000lb tractor onto a 31" deck over trailer. How long and what size material should I use. Thanks

And maybe even call them and ask what size the C channel is , I would use 3"x5/16" channel and some 2x2x3/16 angle for the cross pieces. You won't have 9k on the ramps at one time I don't think. I'm no engineer so take it for what it's worth.
