Does anyone have a good source for a replacement cutting edge on my 72" dirt bucket. My present edge appears to be 72 x 3 x 3/8 inches and is a weld on. As long as I have to replace it I'm thinking of adding a little beef and increasing it to 3 x 1/2 or even 4 x 1/2 inches. I would greatly appreciate any input/experiences that you might have...thanks, Mike.

Have you thought about a reversible bolt on cutting edge? It would be worth a look.

I would just grind it back to square or add a Piranha bar to your bucket. They work well. I have one on my bucket and wouldn't do anything with out it.
BXpanded Piranha Tooth Bar They will make one to fit your tractor.

Go for the heaviest edge (designated edge ) that you can afford. Also put some on the leading side edge of the bucket and about three strips on the bottom of the bucket. It'll give a much stiffer bucket and chances are last longer the original.

Based on my past experience -
If you order one of these be prepared to receive it. When I ordered my 72" last year it was delivered QUICK.
I just ordered another one for my B7610.

I just got the Piranha Tooth Bar last week for my BX, it turns the bucket into a completely different animal! Best money I've spent for my BX.

Thanks for the input guys. Tooth bars are a love hate relationship, I hated mine and sent it back. I guess it all depends on an individual's needs. I considered the bolt-on route but, from what I have read most writers discourage it. My Kioti dealer has an edge for $106 which I will check out....Mike.
