Browser Setting

Is there a browser setting for IE or Opera that automatically reloads a page from the web site vs using a cached copy? Perhaps I am doing it wrong, but I seem to always have to hit Reload on the list of forums to see which ones have new entries then once in a forum, hit Reload to see which topics have new entries.

In IE:

Tools>Internet Options

In the Temporary Internet Files section

Settings>Every Visit to the Page

OK>OK
