When I got my BX1500 it had 94 hours on it. THe machine is very clean and everything else on it looks brand new. The only thing wrong was that the steering adjustment bolts were bent. One of them is actually cracked. I have talked to a local dealer and he said that the fix shouldbe easy. SImply loosen the nut and unscrew the bolt (then buy a new one).

My question is, I have plowed snow with the tractor twice before I noticed this. Could I have damaged anything by possible turning the front wheels a little further than the stock manufacturer setting? I would think that the power steering would bypass before I could do any real damage. Also, since the bolts still provide some steering limitation, maybe I am OK?

Any thoughts would help. I attached some picutures.

I doubt you damaged anything. The worst you could have done is bend the internal stop pin/screw in the gear box which isn't hard to change. Doubtful you bent it though. Replace the axle steering stop bolt and you should be fine.
