Broken BX headlamp module

They tell me they haven't seen this problem. There is a guy 10 minutes away with a BX2350 with the same problem and they told him that they never heard of it.

Make sure that you keep names of people that have had the issue. If you get enough people you can make a case against them.

Did anyone come up with a solution for this problem , mine too is broken all to pieces on a BX 24. I saw it was cracked a couple years ago but it is really messed up not to the point of having to be replaced. Any good after market ones?
