Briggs and Stratton Engine

My lawn tractor will not go unless you pull on the clutch/ brake pedal. Please help me figure out what is wrong with it. I've tried to adjust the brake but still have to pull the pedal towards the rear of lawn mower to make it go.

Make? Model? Picture(s)? Manual/hydrostatic drive?
I "assume" you mean it's running, won't move forward or reverse? Is there a safety switch there you're activating when you pull pedal?
