I've made a few calls to Rome GA. to discuss the MFWD problem on my 3520R and dealer locations, and have been very impressed with their customer service. They returned all my phone calls, and answered all my questions with what seemed to be genuine concern for my issues. The district service manager called me yesterday to let me know, their expecting a new Branson dealer to open in Waco in the near future, and would call me when it does. That would be about 70 miles closer!! I'm starting to believe I bought the right tractor with the right company. Kudos to Branson!

I have not talked to corporate directly but my dealer has replaced two major items under warranty with no questions asked. I have been very happy with their warranty policy to date. Heck of a lot better than WFE was 27 years ago.

I have had very good results with their support also. Based on my experience I would have no problem with buying another Branson...
