Brakes for 1500D

Anyone know if there is a John Deere Model brake pad that will fit a 1500D. I would like to work on them Monday or Tuesday and do not want to wait on an order meing mailed. Anyone have a cross reference I can try?? Thanks

Chances are the linings are not worn out, just glazed, rusted, etc. Normally you can just disassemble, clean, sand drums and linings, reverse the shoes for a (almost) new surface, (they only wear on one end), replace rusted springs with generic, (hook new and old together and pull to measure correct tension), lube moving parts, good to go for several more years. Tractor brakes get very little use.

Excellant advice, especially when you hear how much the replacements would be. I ordered a set without knowing, and felt i had to buy them when they came in, now I have two sets, and paid dearly for one...

Don’t know about a crossover but repading is cheep and painless.
