Box Blade Size

If my outside rear tire width is 6' do I want a 6' box blade that matches the tire width, or a 7' that spans an additional 6" on each side of the tires? Box blade used mostly for dirt road maintenance.

Since you have the 5030, I'd go with the 7 footer.

I agree with Billy and would go for the 7' unit. You have the power and tractor weight to pull it and that extra 6" on each side is handy when working close to things. Also check the weight of the boxes you look at. With a boxblade the more weight the better it will work for you. Regardless of tractor power I would never buy a box blade that was narrower than my rear tires.

Sure wish I had the kind of muscle the L5030 has at times.
