I have the option to buy a 1668 hydro in non-running condition. The guy said all it needs is a starter motor gear, clean gas, and pump a tire up. Been sitting for 3 years and looks pretty rough. He wants $350. I don’t know exactly how I can confirm that’s all it needs, but if that’s the case does it sound fair to you all?
