The Bobcat dealer across the river in Cincinnati was kind enough to let me borrow a new Toolcat to play with on my property over the weekend.

Very unique machine...now I only need to come up with the cash to purchase one! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

My six year old son loved riding along as I mowed 2 acres of 2 foot long grass with the 72" deck. (He had as much fun as I did)

I saw one of those a power show ohio in columbus in january............they were unable to quote a price at that time as they were just becoming available............How much is the basic machine less attachments???? just curious................TOM

Yesterday I was quoted thirty one without air, thirty four with. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

They're wanting to move the 763's, nineteen five basic machine and nineteen nine for the one with auto leveling bucket and suspension seat.

They do have nice equipment. And the toolcat would be a great addition to any estate or just tool nutz collection, tractor nutz too.

$34k, that's not bad. About twice what I paid for my Kubota b2910 and it only has one seat and no air conditioning. What a great toy, er tool!

It's got what Bobcat calls "all-wheel steer mode" where both the front and rear tires turn...very friendly on the turf and a small 102 inch turning radius.

When I was turning while mowing it felt like I was rotating on a fixed turntable. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That's exactly what I was thinking, Jim.

That combined with the fact that I can just rent the Bobcat attachment from a rental yard at a reasonable rate...

Perhaps what makes them such GOOD machines is the quality that goes into them. Hence the price tag.

You get what you pay for.
