I have an Bobcat S220 s/n 526215341, 2005 model, heat and air. When I turn on the ignition switch, there are no lights on the panel, no fan noises, nothing. I checked the battery- appears good. I checked voltage to the 100 amp fuse by the battery- 12.5 vdc. I checked voltage on the side of the fuse towards the cab- 12.5 vdc. All of the fuses in the cab by the seat appear good.

The main 100 amp fuse by the battery has some corrosion on the nuts that connect/hold the fuse into the fuse holder. I would say there is a lot of corrosion on the fuse holder on the nuts that hold the fuse in place-it would be difficult to get the fuse out. Do you think the fuse, and fuse holder are corroded to the point that not enough amperage can get through the fuse? I have seen this before on other equipment when a part can check good with a voltmeter, but not enough amperage can get through. I did not think to try and put a jumper across the fuse holder to check if this is the problem.

Also, the machine exhibited no problems the last time I ran it two weeks ago.

thanks for the help. Carr

It is a fair possibility. Do you have a battery load tester? If load test the battery first, if that passes test then connect the positive clamp of the tester to the cab/harness side of the 100 amp fuse to see if you get same test results.
