Bobcat M700 Drive Problems...

I have a M700 and it has drive problems.

The bucket works great so I do not think it is the vane pump but maybe just the drive pump is wore.

On gravel it steers fairly well. But on asphault it has a terrible time trying to turn. You can hear, I believe the pump load up and it really struggles, especially once the oil warms up.

Goes forward and backards fine. But if you have a large load in the bucket and you try to go up a steep grade it also does not like it.

I do not want to buy a pump if that isn't the problem though, any help would be much appreciated.

They don't like pavement for turning, especially if you have good tires. Does it have good power going in straight lines, no tendency to wander to one side? Spin the tires when you push against a big tree or other immovable object? Mine likes to hop around on pavement and groan a bit in protest, I just make shallower turns or back and forth it a bit. Kind of used to that anyway to avoid tearing up the lawn.

It goes fairly straight. It won't spin the tires when pushed up against something.
It groans real loud just like when your trying to get it to turn on dry concrete.

I just pulled the cage off today so I can try and get this figured out. I am thinking maybe it is stuck in "High Range". The speed linkage looks a little sloppy to be doing anything.
