Bobcat CT445 power loss

I was wondering if anyone could help me I have a bobcat CT445 with 400 hrs on it yesterday I hooked up my 6ft bush hog and started mowing around my pond as soon as I started to put a load on it I gradually lost power I shut off the pto and it sputtered then the rpms came back up after trying it a few times I realized it wasn't going away when I'm running it if I don't back off when I start to lose power it will die any help would be greatly appreciated

I just had an issue with my 10 year old Branson.
I checked the sediment bowl for water, none.
I finally found that the vent on the fuel cap had stopped up.
Try simple first.

Fuel filter, fuel obstruction or bad fuel is where I would start
