Bobcat 335
I have a 2010 Bobcat CT 335 that the fuel tank has split on. The local Bobcat dealer can't find a replacement because that version built by Daedong has been discontinued. I understand that the CT 335 is a clone of the Kioti CK 35, but the kocal Kioti dealer can't cross reference to Bobcat models.

Has anyone had a similar issue, or know of a way to cross reference prt #'s between Bobcat and Kioti? The Bobcat dealer tried to repair it with JB Weld, but that didn't work. Also can't find anyone in the east Tennessee area that will weld plastic. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Ability to improvise will save you$. Lot of plastic vessels to make work. It goes with this work

Thanks. I'm taking the tank itself to Kioti dealer to see if they have anything close. I'm still concerned about being able to cross reference other parts in the future too.

Hmm. My understanding is that the CT335 shares the same chassis, engine, etc with the Kioti DK35SE, and the Kioti CK35 is the twin of the Bobcat CT235. Different loader, wiring harness, etc. The DK35SE was only made for a few years.

As for the plastic fuel tank, I would look at a parts diagram for a 2010 DK35SE at a big parts dealer like Michigan Iron & Equipment. I suspect the tank is HDPE, so consider having it welded.

Time to buy a cheap plastic welder and learn how to plastic weld. It's really not hard and you really are just melting plastic.

Thanks. Comparing to the Kioti's to try to match it up, as well as trying to find someone to weld it. Primarily trying to find out if anyone has had a similar issue in trying to find replacement parts for the CT335 and found a solution for cross reference.
